Owners association companies manage hundreds of units, and most of the work happens in WhatsApp groups: manual collection, lost complaints, scattered receipts. Hasila brings collection, complaints, maintenance and reporting into one dashboard, while owners stay on the channels they already know, with no app.
Platform · PropTechCompanies managing owners associations follow collection, complaints and maintenance requests through private chats and groups. The result is heavy manual effort: who paid, who is late, who is waiting for a reply, bank transfers as photos that are hard to match to units, and a monthly report that takes days.
The core decision in Hasila is that the platform is for management only. The owner needs no app, username or password: what concerns them arrives through WhatsApp or email and a secure payment link, while the management team controls everything from one dashboard. That decision removes the biggest barrier for the owner, downloading a new app, and so raises engagement.
Work inside the platform follows four steps:
Pricing is based on the number of units, communities and scale of operation, so every quote follows a tailored demo, and the platform team leads the setup of the first community until its first collection cycle runs.
The platform is published with a landing page, a demo and a request form. The figures, community names and owners shown in the preview are illustrative, not real data.
Any business serving many customers through WhatsApp can become a system: organised collection, tickets and follow-up, without forcing customers to install anything. That idea needs a clear concept before it is built.
The idea, name, visual identity, interface design and build are by House of Idea, under my creative direction.
