Mohammed Alhasoon · Brand and concept builder
Building investable brands.
The practice works with founders on what makes their brand worth more than its assets: a clear concept, positioning that sets it apart, a profit model with a number behind it, and legal protection registered in their name. Then it helps run it with them.

A brand that cannot convince an investor
will not convince a customer.
The practice works with founders on one question: why would anyone pay more for your brand than its assets are worth? The answer lies in the concept, the positioning, the profit model, and legal protection. It brings clarity to these four, then helps put them to work with you. As a licensed intellectual property agent, Mohammed Alhasoon checks the registration status of your trademark as part of every diagnosis.

Three recurring patterns
A café registered its mark under “coffee” as a product and left out “serving beverages,” its actual activity. Two years of building on incomplete protection. The first question in any diagnosis: what is actually registered?
New look, new colors, new logo, and the registered mark is still the old design. The investor reads the certificate, not the Instagram feed. The update is planned before launch, not after.
The name, the interior, and the menu are all consistent, but nobody knows how much remains from each order. An investable brand has one clear number: unit margin. Without it, all the beauty is an expense.
Questions and answers
What does “investable brand” mean?
A brand with a concept that can be explained in one sentence, positioning that sets it apart from what surrounds it, a profit model with a known margin, and legal protection that is correctly registered. When all four are in place, an investor, partner, or buyer can read it and value it.
How does the IP agent license relate to the sessions?
An investable brand must be protected in its owner's name and in the right classes. As an agent licensed by SAIP, Mohammed Alhasoon checks the actual registration status of your trademark during the diagnosis and surfaces the gaps before an investor or competitor finds them. Registration itself is a separate service agreed on when needed.
Are the sessions only for restaurants?
No. Restaurants are the field Mohammed Alhasoon operates in himself, so the examples come from there. The same logic applies to any brand that sells to customers: a product, a service, or a personal brand.
What is the difference between the free call and a session?
The call is ten minutes to establish whether the practice can help and which package fits; it includes no recommendations. A session is paid time spent working on your business.
How is payment made?
Booking is currently through WhatsApp. Once the session and time are agreed, you receive the bank-transfer details, and the booking is confirmed after the payment is verified.
Are the sessions in person?
Guidance sessions are remote only. Brand Diagnosis and Concept Build are available in person in Khobar or remotely.
Are fees refundable?
Cancel 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. After that, the session can be rescheduled once at no charge.

Fees exclude VAT. SAIP fees of SAR 6,500 per class are paid to the authority directly. Details and other services →

Open the checklist →Mohammed Alhasoon is a brand and concept builder based in Khobar. His core work is building investable brands: a clear idea, positioning that sets the brand apart, and a profit model an investor can read. The difference is that he does not hand over the concept and leave; he operates it himself in restaurants across different sectors: healthy food, quick service, and specialty coffee. His experience spans more than 15 years in marketing, content, restaurants, and technology, from banking to agencies to operations. He is a licensed intellectual property agent with SAIP, listed in its published register of licensed agents, so the brand built together is one he knows how to protect and register correctly.
His method on brands builds on the work of Marty Neumeier: a brand is not a logo but how people feel about you, and the real gap is between logic and creativity. He also draws on the writing of Alina Wheeler and Debbie Millman, and adds a fourth condition drawn from the Saudi market: legal protection.
His experience combines brand building, from name and concept to identity and positioning, with the field itself: operating, managing teams, and reading real numbers every month. More than a million people follow him on social platforms, where he writes candidly about brands, restaurants, and entrepreneurship.
